Once your payment has been successfully completed, Lusttoyz will process and arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Please note that order processing and shipping services may be temporarily affected during major public holidays, including China’s National Day holiday and Spring Festival, when warehouses and logistics providers may operate on reduced schedules or temporarily suspend service.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the shipment.

2. U.S. Warehouse Orders

Selected products may be fulfilled directly from our U.S. warehouse when local inventory is available.

Eligible U.S. warehouse orders may arrive within approximately 3 business days.

Products currently available from our U.S. warehouse will be clearly identified on their individual product pages.

If U.S. warehouse availability is not displayed on the product page, the standard U.S. delivery estimate of 8–14 business days applies.

We may be able to update your shipping address before the order has been dispatched.

However, once the package has entered the shipping network, the delivery address generally cannot be changed.

9. Customs Duties & Import Fees

Free shipping covers the shipping cost charged by Lusttoyz.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
