Refund policy

At Lusttoyz, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have a strict return policy. We offer a 30-day return window for items that are strictly unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed packaging.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags/seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Clause)

Opened Products: Any item where the original factory seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations.

Personal Care Goods: Items such as lubricants, cleaners, or items used directly on the skin are final sale.

Sale Items: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@lusttoyz.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective electronic items, please provide a short video demonstrating the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
